To enter, complete and submit the contest entry form provided on this page. Limit of one entry per person per day. Invalid e-mail addresses will forfeit all winnings and another winner will be chosen. BrooksFineJewelry.com is not or will not be responsible for mail server or ISP errors. Partially complete entries will not be accepted.
Sweepstakes is open to continental U.S. residents, age 18 or older. Employees of BrooksFineJewelry.com and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising, wholesale accounts, promotional agencies and immediate families of all are NOT eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. Winner of contest will be notified by e-mail within three days of closing date of contest. Winner must claim prize via e-mail confirmation or telephone within ten (10) days of winning unless noted or approved by BrooksFineJewelry.com. Prize is shipped within 3 weeks from date of prize claimed. BrooksFineJewelry.com will pay for the shipping/handling charges. Winner eligibility terminates after ten (10) days via BrooksFineJewelry.com e-mail notification to winning recipient of prize. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions allowed.
