Q: What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
Our policy page contains our return, ordering, and shipping and delivery policies as well as other policies.

Q: How can I add slides to an existing slide bracelet?
How To String A Slide Bracelet tells the recommended tools, materials, and steps to add slides to a slide bracelet. If you prefer give us a call and ship your bracelet to us - we will gladly add new slides to your bracelet. We do not charge to add slides of beads to your bracelet. When a customer sends in their bracelet we also check the stone settings and tighten those needed. We also polish the bracelet.

 

Q: How long before I receive my order?

Q: Is the Brooks Fine Jewelry checkout secure?
Yes. We use a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) server that encrypts all of your information transmitted during the checkout process. Our credit card processing is done through a secure connection with as well. The entire checkout process is secure.
If you prefer not to enter your credit card information online you can still place an order online and send us your payment via check, money order, and even call in your credit card information.

 

Q: I placed an order but never received a confirmation email. Why?
When you place an order the last page in the checkout process should display an invoice. If you didn't see this and saw an error message instead there may have been a problem with your credit card and the order was never actually placed.
Also, if you entered an invalid email address you may not receive a confirmation email. The day your order is shipped we will email you a tracking number so you know when to expect its arrival.

 

Q: What about privacy?
Customer information (including e-mail address) is kept private with BrooksFineJewelry.com. We respect the privacy of our customers. We will NOT disclose your information (including e-mail address) to any other company or individual. We do not buy or lease information from others and do NOT sell or lease our customer information. Q: How often is the newsletter email sent and what type of things does it contain?
It's not a weekly or monthly newsletter. We send less than five newsletters a year. So, you don't have to worry about it filling up your inbox. Inside the newsletters you will find our recent news and new items, info on taking care of your jewelry, and special deals exclusively for newletter subscribers.

 

Q: Are your items solid gold or gold plated?
We do not gold plate any of our items. When it says it is 14 karat gold, it is solid 14 karat gold. All gold items are stamped with a 14K stamp on the bottom.

 

Q: Do you rhodium plate your white gold?
We do not rhodium plate our white gold unless requested by the customer. We polish our white gold items the same as our yellow gold items so they have the same high-polish finish.

 

Q: Do you have any slides that are enameled?
No. We do not do enameled slides because the enamel is known to chip easily.

 

Q: Why do some pages not look right or the prices don't change when I select an option?

Q: Does your website use cookies?
Yes. Our shopping cart program uses cookies to remember the items you have in your shopping cart. The cookie is temporarily stored and removed when you close your browser.

 

Q: I received an error message when trying to checkout that something was wrong with my credit card. Who do I contact?
Press Back in your browser and make sure all your information is correct and try again. If for some reason our credit card processing services are down please try again at a later time. If the problem continues please contact us.

 

Q: Will there be new items added to the web site? or is this it?
We will continuously be adding new items - seasonal, holiday, new designs and ideas in jewelry. To be notified of such news subscribe to our mailing list.

 

Q: Do you plan to sell items with other stones?
The stones we use are listed under the Stones Description page. If you are wanting a stone we do not have listed, or a stone combination not shown on the website, please give us a call or email us.
